气相色谱法同时测定大豆中多种除草剂的残留 被引量:15

摘要 采用甲醇提取大豆中氟乐灵、甲草胺、乙草胺、丁草胺和异丙甲草胺的农药残留,弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱进行净化,气相色谱(ECD检测器)进行测定,5种农药回收率在74.79%~93.30%之间,变异系数在2.73%~8.33%之间,氟乐灵的最低检出限为0.003mg/kg,甲草胺、乙草胺、丁草胺、异丙甲草胺的最低检出限为0.025mg/kg。 A method for the determination of trifluralin,alachlor,acetochlor,butachlor and s-metolachlor in soybean was developed.The sample was extracted with methanol,and cleaned up with Flosril column.Trifluralin,alachlor,acetochlor butachlor and s-metolachlor were quantitated by GC-ECD detector.The average recoveries ranged from 74.79 % to 93.30 % and the relative standard deviations were from 2.73 % to 8.33 %.The limit of detection of trifluralin was 0.003 mg/kg,and alachlor,acetochlor,butachlor and s-metolachlor were 0.025 mg/kg respectively.
