金荞麦高聚原花青素的氢化降解反应 被引量:9

Research on the Hydrogenation Degradation Technique of Polymeric Procyanidins from Fagopyrum cymosum

摘要 以金荞麦提取高聚原花青素为原料,通过氢化降解的方法将高聚原花青素变为低聚原花青素,研究温度、压力、催化剂、时间对于氢化降解转化率的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为120℃,反应压力为3MPa,Pd/C催化剂用量为0.3g/150mL,反应时间为3.5h时,降解效果为最佳,平均聚合度由6.3降为2.2。并且经过HPLC分析确定,得到降解效果。 The purpose of this research is to convert the polymer procyanidins (PPC) into olidgomeric procyanidins (OPC)for taking full advantage of Fagopyrum cymosum procyanidins.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,H2 pressure and dose of catalyst on the average polymeric degree and dradation were investigated.The results showed that the polymeric procyanidins from Fagopyrum cymosum with average polymeric degree 6.3,under 120 ℃,3 MPa,0.3 g/150 mL catalyst,3.5 h,its degree was reduced to 2.2.And though the analysis of the degradation product by HPLC,It demonstrated that the technique really realized the degradation of polymeric procyanidins.
