摘要
利用智舌对某品牌茶类饮料进行区分辨识试验,初步探索智舌在茶类饮料生产企业内应用的可能性,并为在企业内部建立智舌在线实时监测系统打下基础。试验采用铂、金、钯3个电极组成的传感器阵列,在脉冲频率1、10、100Hz3个频率下进行检测,所得的试验数据通过主成分分析对所测样品进行定性研究。结果表明:智舌能够应用于茶类饮料的区分辨识,并且传感器阵列铂(1Hz)金(10Hz)钯(10Hz)的检测结果优于单一传感器检测结果。
It explores the possibility of Samrtongue application in tea beverage company by distinguishing and identifying experiment system on brand tea beverages so as to make the monitor system online within the factory production.The sensors array of three electrodes,such as platinum,gold and palladium,and the frequency of three segments such as 1 Hz,10 Hz and 100 Hz were used.The results are analyzed and main ingredient in the samples and quantify.Finally,the result showed that Samrtongue could discriminate different kinds of tea beverages and the optimum choice is platinum electrode with 1 Hz,gold electrode and palladium electrode with 10 Hz,which shows better results than that detected by single electrode.
