摘要
建立了蜂蜜中11种磺胺类药物残留的高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用测定方法。该方法经乙腈提取样品,以ZORBAXAq-C18柱(2.1×150mm,5μm)分离,流动相为乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),电喷雾正离子MRM模式检测。该方法的检出限2.0ng/mL,方法定量下限2.0μg/kg,线性范围2.0ng/mL~100.0ng/mL,加标回收率88.6%~98.7%,相对标准偏差为2.84%~5.81%。
This thesis developed a LC-MS-MS method for 11 sulfonamide residues in honey. The mass spectrometer was operated in the positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring.In the method, a sample was extracted with acetonitrile, Chromatographic separation was carried out on a ZORBAX Aq C18 column(2.1× 150 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase is acetonitrile-0.1 % formic acid water solution with gradient elution. The limit of detection is 2.0 ng/mL and the limit of quantitation is 2.0 μg/kg. The linear plots were obtained between 2.0 ng/mL-100.0 ng/mL. Overall recoveries were between 88.6 %-98.7 %, and RSD value was 2.84 %-5.81 %.
