摘要
建立一种测定乳制品中纳他霉素含量的高效液相色谱法。样品经甲醇萃取后进样,采用C18250mm×4.6mm色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇:水=6∶4(体积比),紫外检测;A-R303nm,RSD为0.56%~0.82%(n=5),标准曲线R=0.9998,平均回收率分别为97.89%,最低检出限为0.03mg/kg。
Determination of the establishment of a dairy Natamycin content in the high-performance liquid chromatography. The sample was less like methanol extraction, using C18 250 mm×4.6 mm separation column, mobile phase was methanol: water=6∶4(volume ratio),UV detector; A-R303nm, RSD 0.56 %-0. 82 %(n=5), standard curve,R=0.999 8, average recoveries were 97.89 %, the minimum detection limit of 0.03 mg/kg.
