摘要
为研究纳米级海水珍珠粉的氨基酸含量,将不同品牌的3种海水珍珠粉经酸水解处理后,用氨基酸自动分析仪测定了其17种水解氨基酸含量,并对其氨基酸组成与功效进行分析研究。
To research the amino acids composition and functions of nano pearl powder products, we test the 17 amino acids contents by hydrochloric acid hydrolysis pretreatment method and automatical amino acids analyzer, as well as studied the physiological functions.
