摘要
对人工养殖鲟鱼头中硫酸软骨素采用稀碱法进行提取工艺的研究,以硫酸软骨素产率为考察对象,对影响产率的因素进行了单因素试验,并在此基础上通过正交试验,确定硫酸软骨素提取的最佳工艺。试验结果表明:提取硫酸软骨素的最佳工艺条件为NaOH浓度:0.06kg/L、固液比:1/5(g/mL)、浸提温度:25℃、浸提时间:20h。在此条件下硫酸软骨素的提取率为48.9%,其蛋白质和脂肪含量分别为0.980%和0.130%。
Extraction technology of chondroitin sulfate from the head of farmed sturgeon was studied by dilute alkali,extraction rate of chondroitin sulfate was as a study object, single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment was carried out. The results show that the optimal condition of extraction was 0.06 kg/L of concentration of NaOH, the ratio of cartilage powder and the volume of sodium hydroxide is 1/5 (g/mL), 25 ℃ of temperature, and 20 h of extraction time. The extraction rate of chondroitin sulfate was 48.9 % under the said condition. The content of protein and fat of chondroitin sulfate was 0.980 % and 0.130 % respectively.
