摘要 以玉米花丝为原料分离多糖。选取细菌、真菌等13种病原菌,研究花丝多糖的抑菌作用。结果表明:不同浓度花丝多糖的抑菌活性存在极显著差异,30.0g/L花丝多糖溶液具有明显的抑菌作用。玉米花丝多糖对不同的细菌和真菌的抑制活性上存在显著性差异,对绿脓假单孢菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和变形杆菌具有较强的抑制作用。玉米花丝多糖对真菌的抑制活性弱于对细菌的抑制活性,对革兰氏阴性菌的抑制作用稍微优于革兰氏阳性菌。玉米花丝多糖可作为免疫增效剂,具有广阔的研究与开发前景。 Maize silk was used to separate active polysaccharide. Antimicrobial effects of maize silk polysaccharide were studied on 13 pathogens including bacteria and fungi. The results showed that there existed significant differences among antimicrobial effects of maize silk polysaccharide with different concentration. The antimicrobial effect of 30.0 g/L silk polysaccharide solution was significant. The differences among inhibition activities of silk polysaccharide were significant on different bacteria and fungi. The antimicrobial effects of silk polysaccharide on P. aeruginosa, B.subtilis, E.coli and P. valgaris were better than other bacteria and fungi. The inhibition activities of silk polysaccharide on fungi were inferior to that of silk polysaccharide on bacteria. The antimicrobial effects of maize silk polysaccharide on Gram-negative bacteria were superior to that of maize silk polysaccharide on Gram-positive bacteria. Maize silk polysaccharide could be used as immune synergistic agent with good prospect of research and exploitation.
