摘要
采用蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验方法研究香菇水提取液对环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖微核率的影响。结果表明,香菇水提取液具有一定的抗突变作用,其浓度在0.1g/mL~1.0g/mL之间,不诱导蚕豆根尖微核率的增加,其微核指数保持在1.0左右;香菇水提取液能有效地抑制环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖微核率的增加,抑制率在46%~50%之间,与浓度存在剂量-反应关系,相关系数R2=0.9782。表明香菇水提取液具有一定的抗突变作用。
Vicia faba root tips micronucleus test to study on effect of water extract of Lentinus edodes on micronucleus rate of Vicia Faba root tips induced by cyclophosphamide, which provide experiment basis for exploiting antimutation function of Lentinus edodes. When the concentration of water extract of Lentinus edodes was between 0.1 g/mL-1.0 g/mL, the micronucleus rate did not increase and micronucleus index kept at 1.0. In addition, it can inhibit micronucleus rate of vicia faba root tip cells induced by cyclophosphamide,rate of inhibitation was 46 %-50 %, which is in dose-effect relationship with the concentration of water extract of Lentinus edodes, R2=0.978 2. The water extract of Lentinus edodes has some antimutation function.
