摘要
从内蒙古宝格达山高山冻土以及乳制品中分离到25株嗜冷菌,利用产低温β-半乳糖苷酶的模型筛选,获得1株低温酶高产菌株C。在以乳糖为主要碳源的发酵培养基中,该低温酶的最适pH值为6.4,最适作用温度为32℃,不同金属离子对酶活影响:Mn2+>Mg2+>K+>Na+>Ca2+>Fe2+>Cu2+>Zn2+。4℃相对酶活为总酶活的30%。
From the Inner Mongolia bogd shan mountain permafrost, as well as dairy products were isolated 25 cold-resistant bacteria, the use of low-temperature β-galactosidase model of screening, access to one low-producing strains of C. With lactose as the main carbon source in the fermentation medium, the optimum pH value of low-temperature enzyme was 6.4, the optimum reaction temperature was 32 ℃, different metal ions on the activity of enzyme impact: Mn2+Mg2+K+Na+Ca2+Fe2+Cu2+Zn2+. 4 ℃ relative activity of the total activity of 30 %.
