摘要
简要概述进口天然色素胭脂虫红的种类、化学性质、毒理学、应用范围、限量要求等方面内容。通过对胭脂虫红产品进行安全性检测,分析目前进口天然色素胭脂虫红产品存在安全问题的原因,在此基础上对目前我国食品添加剂的监管提出若干建议。
This review gave a brief introduction to classifications, chemical properties, toxicology, applied ranges, and safety limits of import natural pigment Cochineal. The causes of safety problem about Cochineal were analyzed by the results of safety inspection on Cochineal, on that basis, several proposals for supervision of food additives in China were offered.
