摘要
综述牡丹鲜花的营养保健功能研究进展、牡丹鲜花在食品加工方面的应用现状及产业发展中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
This article summarizes the peony flowers nutrition and health care functions of the progress of the study,peony flowers in the application of food processing status and industrial problems in the development.Finally,the development of the corresponding countermeasures.
