Bumper, an important component of car＇s whole styling, has tight connecting relationship with its surrounding parts. Manufacture feasibility and the difficulty of processing should be sufficiently considered at the stage of styling and structure designing. This paper introduces styling face and structure technology of some models of cars, and the structure design of one suit of mold, which meets the demand of different configurations with a set of die, to represent the importance of styling and structure design of bumper with optimization of the whole car and cost reduction. This paper points out that a graceful and proper styling not only lays a solid foundation for manufacturing and transportation, but also improves the finished products rate and stability.
