摘要
文章介绍了电控机械式变速箱试验台架的设计开发过程。该试验台架由可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)实现整体控制,数据采集软件Labview进行数据采集分析。试验台架通过对整车车况的模拟,记录了在不同工况下变速箱的各种性能参数,检测在不同工况下变速箱的换挡时间和换挡的平顺性。经过后期的数据分析处理,可以得出,该试验台架不仅如实地反映了变速箱的各种性能,而且很好地满足了设计需求。
This paper introduces the developing process of the electric-controlled mechanical transmission test stand, which is controlled by PLC. Data is acquired and analyzed by the DAQ software Labview. The test stand records various performance parameters, detects the shifting time and the shifting smoothness under different working conditions through simulating the vehicle conditions. By analyzing the data, it comes to a conclusion that this test stand can both indicate the performance parameters of transmission faithfully and meet our design requirements.
