摘要
HSPA+技术是3GPP R7协议引入的新特性,支持更高的单用户下行峰值速率,有效地利用系统资源。但此系统在网络负载接近饱和时可能会产生Iub(RNC与Node B之间的接口)口拥塞问题。为了提高系统无线资源的利用率和网络性能,提出一种基于"过准入策略"的HSPA+系统Iub口流量控制策略,通过IUB口拥塞检测和L2流控处理,避免拥塞和丢包,从而提高传输利用率。仿真结果表明,该流量控制策略能够有效的降低拥塞,提高网络性能,并且能保证业务的公平性。
HSPA+ technology is a novel feature of 3GPP R7 protocol,which support the higher downlink peak rate for single-user and the effective use of system resources.However,the system may result in Iub(RNC and Node B between the interface) port congestion problem when the network's load is close to full capacity.In order to improve the utterance of system resource and the performance of wireless network,a flow control strategy in Iub port of HSPA+ system is presented basing on a "had access to" strategy.By the detection of congestion in Iub port and L2 flow control,the congestion and packet loss can be avoided.The simulation results show that the flow control strategy can reduce the rate of congestion and improve network performance effectively.As a consequence,the fairness of the business can be guaranteed.
