总线技术在LED亮化工程中的应用

摘要 针对LED在亮化工程应用中存在的扩展性差、图案编辑不灵活及周期长等问题,设计了基于CAN总线、RS485总线的由PC上位机、通讯中继器和现场控制模块三层结构组成的LED控制系统。该系统实现了对LED组合阵式彩色调光的控制,不仅通信距离远,控制可靠稳定,彩灯节点扩展性高,而且可通过PC上位机对动、静态光效进行设置,可实时仿真实际显示效果,可编程能力及交互性强,具有良好的工程应用前景。 To solve the problems in engineering application that LED is difficult to extend,not flexible to design the pictures,and very long in designing period.This paper designs a Three-Stage system consisting of PC,repeater and LED control module based on CAN bus and RS485 bus.The system realizes the control of Combined Array of LED lights.It is characterized by long-distance communication,reliable and stable control and flexible expansion of colorful lamp node.Besides,the lighting effect can be set to be static or dynamic by PC monitor,and the real effect can be simulated to make a preview.Especially,it has excellent programmable and interactive performance.As a result,the system possesses a good prospect of engineering application.
