摘要
采用TGA、IR、29SiNMR对以三氯化硼、甲基氢二氯硅烷、六甲基二硅氮烷为原料合成的SiBNC陶瓷先驱体——聚硼硅氮烷(PBSZ)的裂解过程进行分析。结果表明,PBSZ在N2中的裂解过程可分为四个阶段:第一阶段为240℃以下,没有明显的增重和失重;第二阶段为240~400℃,质量损失率约30%,主要是小分子的挥发和转胺反应所致;第三阶段为400~600℃,失重减缓,可能发生Si—H和N—H的脱氢耦合反应;第四阶段为600~1000℃,有少量失重,无机化逐步趋于完全。
The pyrolysis of polyborosilazane (PBSZ) synthesized via co-condensadition approach using methyldichlorosilane (MeHSiC12) , boron tfichloride ( BC13 ) and hexamethydisilazane (HMDZ) was studied via TGA, IR spectrum and 298i NMR spectrum. The results indicated that the pyrolysis of PBSZ involved four steps: (1) below 240℃, no apparent weight loss or weight gain; (2) from 240 -400℃, the weight loss was about 30% from the evaporation of low molecular weight products and transamination; (3) from 400 -600℃, weight loss reduced, dehydrocoupling reaction between Si--H and N--H might occur; (4) from 600 1000℃, only a little weight loss, the formation of inorganic nearly completed.
