Study on Intravenous Emulsion of Perilla Frutescens Seed Oil

根据《中国药典》中对静脉注射乳剂稳定性、药用辅料、乳剂粒径的要求,对紫苏子油静脉注射乳剂的各项指标进行了考察,通过L9(33)正交试验确定了紫苏子油静脉注射乳剂的最优处方,并优化出紫苏子油静脉注射乳剂的最佳制备工艺。

According to ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂,this study inspected stability,medical supplies,emulsion particle size requirements of intravenous emulsion of perilla frutescens seed oil.Through L9（33） orthogonal experimental,we determined the best prescriptions and optimized the best preparation of the perilla frutescens seed oil intravenous emulsion.
