摘要
通过对加压前后发生炉煤气饱和水量的计算,分析了当地大气压、煤气输送压力、煤气温度和加压后煤气温升对煤气最终含水量的影响,指出煤气饱和水量随当地大气压和煤气输送压力的增大而降低,随煤气温度和加压后煤气温升的提高而增大,适当控制加压煤气温升、适度提高加压煤气增压,有助于降低煤气最终含水量,提高煤气低位发热量,并使终端产品的质量得到有效保证。
The influence factors ,such as local atmosphere , feed pressure and temperature of gas , temperature rise of gas caused by pressurizing , on final water volume in producer gas was analyzed . Results show that the volume of saturated water in producer gas decreases with the local atmosphere and the feed pressure increase , increase with the temperature or temperature rise range of the pressurized gas .
