摘要
介绍玻璃物理钢化的冷却工艺,并通过对冷却工艺中的急冷温度、急冷速度、冷却时间、风压、风栅与玻璃的间距等因素之间关系的理解,分析该工艺过程对钢化玻璃质量的影响因素。
The cooling technology of tempered glass was described and the influencing factors of quality during the tempering process was discussed based on the following parameters : sharp cooling temperature and speed , cooling time , cooled air pressure , distance between grid and glass .
