广东电网公司生产管理信息系统实用化评价研究

Study on Practical Evaluation of Production Management Information System for Guangdong Power Grid Corporation

为客观反映广东电网公司生产管理信息系统的实用化程度,从管理和应用上分部门、分专业、分功能模块进行评价指标选取和权重分析,形成了管理制度、运维制度、系统数据质量、业务流程支持度等7项一级指标、35项二级指标和91项三级指标的实用化评价体系。以14个供电局为例进行生产系统实用化评价,评价分析表明:系统管理、总体数据质量和业务流程支持度较好,报表辅助决策分析等方面较差,反映了目前系统重实际生产,轻管理决策,尚处在实用化初级阶段,应加强辅助决策支持和应用。

An evaluation system is formed to objectively reflect the practical degree of production management information system（MIS） for Guangdong Power Grid Corporation.The evaluation is broken into hierarchy factors with different weights,having 7 first-class,35 second-class and 91 third-class evaluation indices including capabilities normalization,data quality,business processes support,and so on.Testing cases based on production MIS of fourteen power supply bureaus show that MIS management,overall data quality and business processes support factors are much better than such aspects as report and decision-making support.The analysis reveals that the system,having laid more emphasis on production than on management and decision making,is still in its initial practical stage;the decision-making support and application should be strengthened.
