我国经济社会发展将在未来进入快速发展期,科学技术发展面临重大的战略机遇,建立科技支撑体系以促进经济发展是正确的路径选择。但是,科技支撑体系建设的资金支持不足已成为普遍的瓶颈。贵港市也面临同样的瓶颈,需要借鉴国内外的经验,加大资金支持科技投入的力度,从而促进经济的持续、健康发展。
