摘要
采用化学酸化水解法,对废水中的环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷进行了预处理,研究了加酸量、反应温度、反应时间等因素的影响。结果表明,采用硫酸为催化剂可将废水中的环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷转化为醇类物质,反应后环烷烃质量浓度降低到100mg/L以下,提高了后继废水处理的安全性。针对该废水实际情况,得到最佳反应条件为反应温度10℃,加酸量(浓硫酸与废水体积比)1‰,反应时间12h。
The pretreatment of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide in wastewater was carried out by chemical acidification hydrolysis method.The influence of several factors such as acid addition amount,reaction temperature and reaction time on the pretreatment was studied.The results show that the propylene oxide and ethylene oxide in wastewater can be converted into corresponding alcohols using sulfuric acid as catalyst.The concentration of cycloalkane decreased to below 100mg/L after reaction.The security of sequent wastewater treatment was increased.Aiming to the facts of the wastewater,the obtained optimal reaction conditions are reaction temperature of 10℃,the volume fraction of concentrated sulfuric acid of 1‰ based on the wastewater,reaction time of 12h.
