摘要
分析了烧结矿碱度、原料结构、料层厚度、混合料水分和配碳量以及烧结矿矿物组成与结构对烧结矿质量的影响,介绍了采取的适应高铁低硅烧结的技术措施。实践证明,通过采取优化配矿、配加SYP增效剂、提高烧结矿碱度、控制MgO和Al2O3含量等措施,提高了烧结矿中铁酸钙黏结相的生成数量和烧结矿强度,取得了显著效果,满足了高炉炼铁生产的需要。
Of these factors such as sinter basicity,raw material structure,depth of bed,dosage of moisture and carbon in mixture,as well as mineral composition and structure of sinter,the influence on the sinter quality were analyzed. The technical measures adapt to high-iron low-silicon sintering were introduced. Practice has proved that the remarkable result was achieved by increasing the content of calcium ferrite binder in sinter,improving the sinter strength,to meet the need of BF smelting.
