膀胱炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤影像学分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨膀胱炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(IMT)的CT表现,总结本病的影像学特征。方法回顾性分析手术切除后经病理学证实的7例膀胱炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤的CT表现,结合病理组织学表现总结膀胱炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤影像学特征性表现。结果膀胱肌纤维母细胞瘤表现为膀胱内菜花样或类圆形突入膀胱腔内的软组织肿块。病灶大小3.5cm×3.7cm～5.6cm×8.7cm,平均4.4cm×6.2cm。病变实性部分CT值19.0～50.3Hu,2例病灶内可见坏死。2例较大病变周围脂肪间隙模糊,其余5例膀胱周围脂肪间隙清晰。结论增强CT扫描病变延迟期显著强化对该病的诊断有较大价值。
