要顺利实现体育强国的战略目标,首先要扫清思想上的障碍,这是建设体育强国必须要解决的问题。该研究认为,这些问题包括:建设体育强国的必要性;体育强国的主要内容和指标;历史地看待"举国体制";正确地认识"协调发展";科学发展观是建设体育强国的思想纲领,并就这些问题进行了阐述。

To clear away ideological obstacles is the basis of building China into a world sports power.Therefore,it is urgent to understand the necessity,to construct the related main contents and indexes.Meanwhile,a historical view should be taken to judge the State Sponsored Sports Sytem in China and the coordinated development of the society.What is the most important is to follow the scientific outlook on development.
