摘要
为了拓展蓝宝石光纤黑体腔温度传感器的测温范围和提高其测温精度,提出了一种瞬态高温测试的拓展方法。用磁控溅射法在蓝宝石光纤一端镀制一层氧化锆陶瓷材料形成黑体腔,分析了黑体腔的传热规律,并建立了黑体腔的传热数学模型,用分析法求解了黑体腔传热数学模型,设计了实验验证方法,对黑体腔传热数学模型和分析求解法进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,利用分析法得出的外推结果与红外测温仪测到的结果在变化趋势和最高值处表面出了较好的一致性,证明了黑体腔传热数学模型与分析求解法是正确的。
In order to expand the temperature measurement range of sapphire optical fiber blackbody cavity temperature sensor,and improve its temperature measurement accuracy,this paper presents a transient high-temperature measurement extent method.By magnetron sputtering,zirconia ceramic material is coated at one end of sapphire optical fiber,which forms a blackbody cavity.This paper analyzes the heat transfer law of blackbody cavity,and establishes a blackbody cavity heat transfer mathematical model,solves the blackbody cavity heat transfer mathematical model by analysis method,designs the experimental verification method,verifies the blackbody cavity heat transfer mathematical model and analysis method.Experimental results show that extrapolation results derived from analysis method keeps a good consistency with the results derived from infrared thermometer at the changing trends and the highest value,which proves that the blackbody cavity heat transfer mathematical model and analysis method are correct.
