基于SSR-PCR标记的新疆喜盐鸢尾居群遗传多样性分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用SSR分子标记对新疆喜盐鸢尾9个地理居群进行了遗传多样性研究。结果表明,新疆喜盐鸢尾具有较高的遗传多样性,6对引物共扩增出45个位点;物种水平上Nei’s基因多样性指数为0.294 9,Shannon多样性指数为0.467 2,种内总基因多样性为0.294 9;居群内基因多样性为0.246 8,71.58%的遗传变异存在于居群内,28.42%的遗传变异存在于居群间;居群间的遗传分化系数为0.284 2,基因流为1.259 3。UPGMA遗传距离聚类结果表明,生态地理条件相似的居群优先聚集。 The main parpose of this research was to reveal the genetic diversity of Iris halophila. The genetic diversity of Iris halophila from 9 geographical populations in Xinjiang was analyzed on a basis of SSR molecular marker. The results showed that 45 locuses were amplified by 6 pairs of primers. A high level of Iris halophila's genetic diversity was revealed. At the level of species,the Nei's genetic diversity index was 0. 294 9 and the Shannon diversity index was 0. 467 2. The total genetic diversity within species was 0. 294 9,while the genetic diversity within populations was 0. 246 8, 71.58% of genetic variation existed within populations,while 28.42% of genetic variation existed among populations. The genetic differentiation coefficient was 0. 284 2, the genetic flow was 1. 259 3 among populations. The results of UPGMA genetic distance clustering indicated that populations with similar ecological and geographical conditions clustered first.
