摘要 6FG-900型核桃分级机是一种新型分级机械,采用链条带动分级辊运动,辊轴在运动中产生自转运动,调整核桃姿态,同时辊间间距逐渐增大,实现对核桃的连续无级分级。该机也适用于体积不大的类球体的各种鲜果的分级作业。本研究阐述了它的结构特点和工作原理,并通过正交试验得出影响6FG-900型核桃分级机性能的各因素的最佳水平组合。实验表明,当喂入量为15 kg/min,链条前进的速度为24 m/min,分级辊的转速为180 r/min时,核桃的分级精度最高,达到95%。 6FG-900 walnut classifier is a new type of classifying machine. Sprocket chain rotated the classifying roller, the roller yielded rotating movement by the driven force,and then walnut posture was adjusted. Meanwhile, the distance between rollers became longer gradually, and finally walnut was classified from the minimal to the maximal. In the same way, the classifier can be used to classify fresh fruits of various small sized whose shapes are similar to sphere. This paper explaines its construction characteristic of the configuration and operating principle. By orthogonal experimentation, the optimal integration of all factors that affected the behavior of 6FG-900 walnut classifier was obtained. And also, through the experimentation,this paper gives the relative data. The experiments show that the classifying precision can be achieved by 95% ,when the feed in weight is 15 kg/min, the advancing velocity of chain is 24 m/rain and the rolling rate of the classifying roller is 180 r/min.
