利用SSR标记划分辽宁省部分骨干玉米自交系的杂种优势群 被引量:7

摘要 用SSR标记对辽宁省的54个玉米自交系遗传多样性进行研究。结果表明:《国家区试玉米品种一致性及真实性DNA指纹检测技术》所用的20对SSR核心引物在所有的供试材料中都有多态性,共扩增出85个等位基因,每一个位点上检测到2~7条,平均为4.25条,其PIC值在0.1045~0.8820之间,平均为0.7099。54份自交系的遗传距离范围为0.11~1.42,采用UPGMA(unweighted pair group method arithmetic average)方法进行聚类分析,分为5个类群,基本与系谱一致。 Genetic variation was analyzed of 54 maize inbred lines in Liaoning with SSR.Using SSR molecular marker technique with 20 core primers based on "the technique of uniformity and genuineness testing for national maize varieties in regional trial".The results showed that these 20 pairs of SSR core primers had the characteristics of polymorphism.They produced a total of 85 alleles with an average of 4.25 alleles ranged from 2-7 per marker.The average of polymorphic information content(PIC) was between 0.1045-0.8820.Genetic distance among the 54 inbred lines ranged from 0.11 to 1.42.The clustering results showed that the inbred lines could be classified into 5 groups by UPGMA(unweighted pair group method arithmetic average).The clustering results were consistent with the groups based on the available.
