心动过缓患者98例应用临时起搏器的临床观察

Clinical observation of temporary pacemaker for 98 patients with bradyarrhythmia

目的探讨心脏临时起搏器在临床中的应用价值。方法 98例患者均有心动过缓或传导功能障碍,于病程中经右侧股静脉或锁骨下静脉穿刺置管放入临时起搏电极于右室心尖部。结果 98例患者均植入临时起搏器成功起搏,内外科患者安全度过疾病急性期及围手术期。结论临时心脏起搏植入术对有缓慢型心律失常及需要外科手术的患者是一种十分安全有效的预防和治疗措施。

Objective To explore the clinical value of temporary cardiac pacemaker. Methods In 98 patients with bradyarrhythmia or atrioventricular and intraventricular block from the departments of internal medicine and surgery,during the course of disease,a temporary pacemaker electrode was inserted at the tip of right ventricle by the means of puncture through the right thigh vein or the vein under collarbone. Results All the patients were successfully embedded with temporary cardiac pacemakers.All the patients passed through the acute period of disease and perioperation. Conclusion The embedding of temporary cardiac pacemaker is a quite safe and effective treatment for preventing and treating patients with bradyarrhythmia who need surgery.
