摘要
目的探讨骨形态发生蛋白5在乙型病毒性肝炎中的表达及其作用。方法分别选择正常对照9例,乙型病毒性肝炎20例,肝硬化22例,原发性肝细胞肝癌28例作为研究对象。应用酶联免疫吸附法测定4组血清中BMP5的浓度。结果与正常对照组比较,乙型病毒性肝炎组的BMP5浓度升高(195.350pg/mlvs137.011pg/ml,P<0.05);肝硬化组的BMP5浓度升高(138.830pg/mlvs137.011pg/ml),但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);原发性肝细胞肝癌的BMP5的浓度降低(107.097pg/mlvs137.011pg/ml,P<0.05)。结论在乙型病毒性肝炎中BMP5表达增加可能是促进肝细胞凋亡的一个因素。
Objective To investigate the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-5 (BMP5) in hepatitis B and its role in hepatitis B. Methods The level of BMP5 in serum was determined using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 9 normal controls,20 patients with hepatitis B,22 patients with liver cirrhosis and 28 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Results The level of BMP5 in hepatitis B patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls (195.350 pg/ml vs 137.011 pg/ml,P〈0.05). The level of BMP5 in liver cirrhosis patients was higher than that in normal controls (138.830 pg/ml vs 137.011 pg/ml),but there was no statistical difference(P〈0.05). The level of BMP5 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients was significantly lower than that in normal controls(107.097 pg/ml vs 137.011 pg/ml,P〈0.05). Conclusion The results indicate that BMP5 may play a role in promoting the hepatic apoptosis in hepatitis B.
