摘要
为了治理欠薪,有必要通过加强劳动立法、加大劳动执法的力度、简化劳动诉讼程序、加强劳动法制宣传和教育、改善工会制度等方式,切实维护劳动者权益。
In order to govern the act of falling behind salaries,we should strengthen labor legislation、 increase labor enforcement and simplify labor proceeding、strengthen labor law publicize and education、 improving the system of labor unions to protect labors＇ rights.
