摘要
介绍贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间主厂房3台原日本引进的65T冶金吊车移动供电系统使用现状,该系统故障频繁、维护成本高。经过研究比对,综合考虑结构、材质、环境、采购和维护成本等因素后进行国产化替代-选用铝/不锈钢复合刚体滑触线,保障了主工艺生产线稳定生产。
This article introduces operation situation of mobile power suppy systems of three 65t metallurgical cranes imported from Japan in smelting workshop of Guixi Smelter, featured with high trouble frequency and maitenance cost. Through trade - off study, All/ SS compound sliding contactors are used as substitution so as to ensure stable production operation.
