摘要
对TAl圆筒旋压加工过程中出现的密集型裂纹进行了工艺性分析和研究,得知,TAl材料内部的温度梯度过大是导致产生裂纹的主要原因。在采取了相应工艺措施后,密集型裂纹得以消除,得到质量颇佳的产品。
The processing analysis and study on the dense cracks produced during spinning TAl cylinder is carried out. The result shows that the main cause of producing cracks is too much higher temperature gradient inside the TAl material structure. Taken appropriate processing measures, the dense cracks are remove, and the high quality products are made.
