冠心宁片中隐丹参酮和丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量测定

Determination of Cryptotansinone and Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Guanxinning Tablets

目的建立同时测定冠心宁片中隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法,色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(78∶22)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为20℃,检测波长为270nm。结果隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA进样量分别在0.119～0.714μg和0.115～0.691μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r分别为1.0000和1.0000;平均回收率分别为98.46%(RSD=1.45%)和99.17%(RSD=1.13%)。结论 RP-HPLC法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可用于冠心宁片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of cryptotansinone, TanshinoneⅡA in Guanmaining Tablets by HPLC. Methods The HPLC column was C18（250mm×4.6mm, 5μm）, the inobile phase was methanol-water（78：22）, the flow rate was 1. 0m L/min, the detection wavelength was 270 nm, the column temperature was 20℃. Results The calibration curves of cryptotansinone, tanshinone ⅡA were linear in the range 0. 119 - 0. 714 μg （ r = 1. 000 0）, 0. 115 - 0. 691μg （ r = 1. 000 0） respectively. The average recovery rates were 98.46% （RSD = 1.45% ） and 99. 17% （RSD = 1.13% ） respectively. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and reliable, which can be useful to the quality control of Guanxining Tablets.
