HPLC法测定疏风祛湿胶囊中栀子苷的含量

Determination of Geniposide in Shufengqushi capsules by HPLC

目的建立疏风祛湿胶囊中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法样品采用甲醇回流提取后通过中性氧化铝柱(100～200目,2g,内径1.0cm),并用甲醇洗脱的方法制备。色谱条件采用Shim-PackODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-水(13:87)为流动相,检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷浓度在5.33～53.30mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。回收率为99.46%,RSD=0.64%(n=6)。结论本法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为疏风祛湿胶囊的定量分析方法 。

Aim To develop a method for determination of geniposide in Shufengqushi capsules.Methods The sample was refluxing extracted whit methanol,then through the neutral alumina column（100~200mesh,2 g,d=1 cm）and eluted by methanol.The analysis was performed on a Shim-Pack ODS column,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（13：87）,the detection wavelength was 238 nm.Results The linearity of the concentration of geniposide and its peak area is fine in the range of 5.33～53.30 mg·L^-1（r=0.999 9）.Recovery of geniposide was 99.46%,RSD=0.64%.Conclusion This method is simple and repeatable,and it can be used for the quantitative analysis of geniposide in Shufengqushi capsules.
