黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床研究

Clinical study on deanxit in the treatment of post-stroke depression

目的评价黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的疗效和安全性。方法将64例PSD患者随机分为治疗组(加用黛力新)和对照组(加用阿米替林),在治疗前和治疗后4周、8周分别用HAMD、SSS评分量表评定其疗效,并观察两者的副作用。结果治疗组的HAMD评分、SSS评分与对照组相比明显下降,有统计学意义(P<0.01),且不良反应明显减少(P<0.05)。结论黛力新可明显改善PSD的症状和神经功能缺损,临床副作用少,适合脑卒中后抑郁症的急性期和长期维持治疗。

Aim To evaluate the efficacy and safety of deanxit in the treatment of post-stroke depression（PSD）.Methods 64 patients with PSD were randomly divided into treatment group（plus with Deanxit）and control group（plus with amitriptyline）.At 4 weeks,8 weeks before and after the treatment,the efficacy was assessed with HAMD,SSS rating scale respectively,meanwhile the side effects were observed.Results HAMD and SSS scores of the treatment group decreased significantly compared to the control group,and they are statistically significant（P〈0.01）,moreover the adverse reactions decreased significantly.Conclusion Deanxit may effectively relieve the symptoms and neurological impairment of PSD,and clinical side effects were less.Deanxit is suitable for acute phase and long-term maintenance therapy in post-stroke depression.
