摘要
对某湿法炼锌厂的铅银渣进行了综合提取锌铅银的探索试验。结果表明,采用"水洗脱锌—氧化焙烧—氰化浸银—氯化浸铅"的湿法工艺,获得了锌、银、铅的浸出率分别为70%、96.42%、90.49%的技术指标,为该类型冶炼废渣提供了一条新的综合利用途径。
An exploratry test for comprehensive recovery of lead, zinc and silver from a lead - silver residue produced from a hydrometallurgical zinc plant was carried out. The results showed that when the hydrometallurgical technological flowsheet of "eluting zinc - oxidizing roasting - cyanide leaching of silver - chloride leaching of lead" is adopted,the recovery rates of zinc,lead and silver can reach 70% ,96.42% and 90.49% , respectively. It provided a new way for comprehensive utilization of similar smelting residues.
