摘要
分别采用马弗炉焙烧技术和微波焙烧技术对一水硬铝石进行了活化焙烧的研究,考察了焙烧预处理对矿石溶出性能的影响,并利用SEM技术对焙烧矿的微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,焙烧能够显著提高矿石的溶出性能,降低溶出温度。与传统的焙烧方式相比,微波焙烧能够在短时间内在较低的焙烧温度下达到理想焙烧效果。
An experimental study on roasting pretreatment for diaspore was carried out by using muffle furnace roasting and microwave heating processes. The effects of roasting pretreatment on digestion results of diaspore were examined. The microscopic morphology of the diaspore was analyzed by SEM. The results show that after roasting pretreatment the digestion of the diaspore is obviously improved and the temperature of digestion is also decreased. Compared with conventional roasting methods,when the microwave heating is chosen as a roasting treatment method, the ideal roasting effect can be reached in shorter time and lower roasting temperature.
