"6S"是现代化企业的一种现场管理理念和方法,通过改变人的思维方式和行为品质,提高员工素质,强化管理。高职实训教学中引入"6S"的管理模式,在企业与学校之间架起了一座桥梁,是一种行之有效的现场管理新模式。

＂6S＂ is a kind of concept of locale management and method in the modem enterprise by changing the mode of thinking and behavior quality oftbe person to improve employee＇s quality and enhance the management. This paper introduces the management style of ＂6S＂ in the practice teaching in vocational and technical college. It can build a bridge between the enterprise and the college, proving to be a new effective mode of locale management.
