摘要
本文根据聚合物流变学理论,以有限元软件Ansys、Polyflow和Flow2000为平台,采用数值模拟的方法对挤出模具材料一次性摩擦的影响后对模具的温度场、应力场进行数值模拟,从而给出了塑料异型材挤出模具高速稳定设计的数值模拟及优化方法。这样即可节约设计时间,又可节约成本,同时提高了产品的设计质量和精度。
According to the polymer rheology theory, the temperature field and stress one of the extrusion mold caused by the one-time friction with extrusion die material are analyzed using the numerical simulation method based on the finite element software platform Ansys, Polyflow and Flow2000. A numerical simulation and optimization solution to design the high-speed stability extrusion die is given. The result shows that it can greatly improve product design quality and precision, save significant time in design and reduce the design costs.
