摘要
当前我国高校毕业生就业形势十分严峻。但择业观念、相关政策以及中小企业自身管理等因素却制约着高校毕业生合理流向中小企业。政府在加强对高校毕业生就业服务的同时应增强中小企业的活力以促进就业;中小企业需要转变人才观念,建立健全人力资源管理体制;学子们也需要顺应时代的变革,在就业观念和就业方向做出理性选择。
Current employment situation for college graduates is very grim.However employment ideas,relevant policies and their own management and other factors in small and medium-sized enterprises,all these restrict the reasonable flow of college graduate.Government should increase the vitality of small and medium enterprises to promote employment while strengthening employment services for college graduates.They also need to change the concept of talent and build a sound human resources management system.Furthermore,students themselves also need to adapt to reforms of the times and make a rational choice in employment ideas and employment orientations.
