摘要
分析了200MW核供热堆控制棒水力驱动系统(HDSCR)的设计特点;系统中主要设备(槽孔式水力步进缸和组合阀)的设计特点及特性;旁路自调节结构的设计及其高温下的补偿作用以及系统温度特性的实验结果。经对实验结果的分析表明:HDSCR和各设备的设计合理、运行可靠;各设备的设计不仅降低了设备的加工难度及安装难度,而且改善了系统的温度特性;
This paper analyses the design characteristics of the hydraulic driving system of control rod (HDSCR) for 200MW nuclear heating reactor,the design characteristics and working features of the main equipment of HDSCR (the groove hole hydraulic step cylinder,the combined valve) and the bypass self adjusting structure,and the experimental results of HDSCR temperature compensation.The analysis results indicate that its design is rational,its working is reliable,and it reduces the machining and installing precision of equipment,and it improves its temperature peculiarity.Therefore,it completely achieves the require of the control rod driving machine of 200MW nuclear heating reactor.
