摘要
本文阐述了60Co集装箱检测系统中数据的采集方式及图像重建方法,分析了线采集周期与成像几何失真的关系,确定了系统数据流的大小及对系统的要求。分析了各种数据通讯方式,确定了高速网络通讯方案,实现了数据流在检测系统中的自动定向与合理分派,多终端协同工作,并行处理,极大地提高了系统的检测效率。
This paper describes the data acquisition mode and image reconstruction method in 60 Co container inspection system, analyzes the relationship between line pick period and geometry distortion, makes clear the demand to data transmitting rate. It discusses several data communication methods, drows up a plan for netwook, realizes automatic direction and reasonable assignment of data in the system, cooperation of multi computer and parallel processing, thus greatly improves the systems inspection efficiency.
