高职院校矩阵型教学基层组织的构建探析

Analysis on the Construction of Matrix Model Grass-root Teaching Organization in Higher Vocational Colleges

教研室模式的基层组织结构在高职院校办学中显现出诸多不适。矩阵型教学基层组织是高职院校基层组织结构向扁平化管理方向变革的一种平稳过渡的组织结构。这一结构有利于专业内涵建设的长期积淀,有利于跟踪技术的最新发展并作出反应,有利于以就业为导向的高职专业调整和教学资源的充分利用。

Aiming at the existing deficiencies of present grass-root teaching organization in higher vocational colleges,this thesis puts forward the thoughts and plans to reform the structure of grass-root teaching organization in accordance with matrix organization structure,and analyses its advantages.It also introduces implemental ideas to strengthen the enterprise management,tend towards flat organization reconstruction,and carry out exploratory study on faculty team construction reform in higher vocational colleges.
