From "Cooperation" to "Mode":the Forms of Country Industrial Development in Fei Xiaotong's Views

费孝通的乡村工业化思想建立在他对中国农村经济结构和传统工业的认识之上。在他的早期构想中,合作式的组织方式被看做乡村工业发展的样板和模范;而当乡村工业化勃兴之时,他又不失时机地提出"模式"分析框架用以诠释中国农村的乡村工业发展形态。从"合作"到"模式"的过渡彰显出费孝通农村经济思想的演变历程。这是他对乡村工业化的存在和发展长期观察和思考的结果。两者之间不仅存在着紧密的传承性,同时亦可以看出费孝通乡村工业发展思想中前瞻性和解释性的有机互动。

Fei Xiaotong＇s country industrialization thought was founded on the base of his understanding of Chinese country economic composition and traditional industry.He considered cooperative operation as realistic model for the development of country industry in his early conceive.But he proposed ＂mode＂,a kind of analytical method,to explain country industrial development in China when it started its booming.The transition from ＂cooperation＂ to ＂mode＂ illustrated the evolutionary progress of Fei Xiaotong＇s country economic thought.It was a result of his long-term observation and consideration about country industry＇s survival and development.There was a close succession between ＂cooperation＂ and ＂mode＂,as well as an interaction between foresight and explanation in Fei＇s country industrialization thought.
