口蹄疫疫苗研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 口蹄疫是由口蹄疫病毒引起的偶蹄动物的烈性接触性传染病,主要危害牛、羊、猪等,发病率极高,传播速度快,给畜牧业造成重大的经济损失。疫苗作为一种相对便宜且长效的防治措施,是防治传染病的有效手段,安全有效无副作用的口蹄疫疫苗一直是科学家追求的目标,其研制经历了弱毒疫苗、灭活疫苗到新型疫苗的探索过程。
