扫描隧道显微镜（ＳＴＭ）是基于隧道效应的新一代显微镜。本文详细介绍了ＳＴＡＲ系列ＳＴＭ的软硬件系统，揭示了计算机在这一领域的应用。
The Scanning Tunneling Microscope (STM) is a new type ofmicroscope based on quantum tunneling effect. The paper gives a detailedintroduction to the hardware and software of STAR series STM and also gives aspecific description of the computer′s application in this field.
