摘要
通过因子回归分析对珠三角城市职能进行了定位,提取了社会服务业与制造业因子、综合性服务业因子、房地产与服务业因子、采矿与信息教育因子以及建筑与管理5个因子,应用聚类分析方法将珠三角城市分为4种城市职能类型,为珠三角城市职能优化提出对策。
Through the factor regression analysis,the urban function of Zhujiang Delta was positioned,the following five factors were picked up： social service and manufacturing industry factor,comprehensive service industry factor,real estate and service industry factor,mining and information education factor,architecture and management factor,the cities in Zhujiang Delta were divided into four kinds of urban function by applying the cluster analysis method,which proposed countermeasures for the optimization of urban function of Zhujiang Delta.
